With a background in creating, launching and sustaining diversity and inclusion strategies, Michael brings a wealth of hands-on experience to enable organizations to leverage diversity as a true competitive advantage. He has extensive experience creating integrated Diversity and Inclusion strategies, increasing diverse stakeholder engagement, managing and maturing diversity councils and employee resources groups, measuring diversity metrics, and securing senior executive commitment. A seasoned consultant, Michael has provided counsel on improving guest satisfaction at companies such as Disney, Harrah’s Entertainment, Target, Best Buy and others.
Michael holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management.
