Nikki Groom first joined the Jennifer Brown Consulting team in late 2016.
A marketing consultant, brand strategist, and content marketing expert, she has over 14 years’ experience crafting compelling brand messages and unique online presences for all kinds of businesses on both sides of the Atlantic: from global corporations and small-to-medium-sized businesses to startups and solopreneurs, coaches, creatives, consultants, founders, and makers. All are united by one thing: a deep-rooted desire to make a difference in the world, which was what first drew her to Jennifer Brown Consulting, with its steady focus on diversity and inclusion.
Nikki’s magic hot sauce is story and strategy. She is passionate about the power of storytelling as a way for thought leaders to humanize their businesses, build relationships with the people they most want to serve, and inspire readers into action. She founded The 100 Stories Worth Telling Project in 2015, which seeks to amplify the voices of women entrepreneurs all over the world, and is a firm believer that all businesses should lead with empathy.
Her experience and expertise cover all areas of the digital marketing mix, but she is most passionate about personal brand strategy, content marketing, and social media marketing strategy and copy writing.
Nikki has been hailed as “a force of nature”, “a rising superstar” and “one of the best copywriters.” She appears in the book Winning the Battle for Attention by Stuart Atkins and has been featured by over 40 different podcasts and websites – including Vistaprint’s Owner Nation.
