Brittany Emal brings nearly 15 years of experience in leadership development and strategic planning to her role as a Senior Consultant with Jennifer Brown Consulting. With a background spanning both the private and public sectors, she has designed and delivered strategic marketing initiatives, customer service programs, talent development plans, recruiting strategies and learning curriculums. Throughout these endeavors, she has developed individuals as leaders and successful navigators of large-scale change.
Her experience defining objectives and designing pathways to reach organizational goals is matched by her training in building teams and guiding group efforts. Skilled in both data analysis and project management, she employs noted theoretical frameworks to undergird tailored solutions to client dilemmas. Brittany utilizes key research and proven adult learning methods to deepen leadership capacity throughout the strategic planning and implementation processes.
Her successes represent work with Fortune 500 corporations, as well as non-profits. Examples include the Walt Disney Company, ABC Radio Networks, Merck, General Motors, Wrigley’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, Stanford University, the State of California, New Leaders for New Schools and KIPP.
Brittany has lived and worked across the United States and the U.K. Currently a dedicated and active citizen of San Francisco, she is proud to serve on the Board of Directors for Spark, an organization dedicated to advancing the rights of and opportunities for women and girls around the globe. She completed her Masters’ degree at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and holds an undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University.
