David Megathlin brings more than 7 years of experience in global inclusion and diversity strategy, corporate responsibility, LGBT inclusion and women’s leadership to the Jennifer Brown Consulting team. Committed to sound research processes, Mr. Megathlin specializes in understanding the needs of a client and finding solutions for maximum business impact.
While running projects on diversity and corporate social responsibility across United States, Europe and Asia, Mr. Megathlin honed his ability to translate research results into client-focused strategy solutions – solutions that are fresh, culturally relevant and that connect the fields of business, diversity and sustainability.
Mr. Megathlin has run every aspect of US and international research projects. He has published over 10 articles on LGBT Inclusion in mass media and academic journals. He is an experienced consultant and has led global projects at international organizations, such as: IKEA, Ericsson, and Atlas Copco. Mr. Megathlin is a former Senior Associate at Catalyst, the diversity research and consulting firm in New York, where he assisted Global 500 companies in developing their corporate diversity strategies; he also created and led the LGBT Inclusion research area at Catalyst.
Mr. Megathlin has a breadth of academic credentials; he has: a dual MBA/MA in Management, with a focus on Sustainable Business, from the Stockholm School of Economics, in Sweden; an MA in Sociology from San Francisco State University; and a BSc from Tufts University. Additionally, Mr. Megathlin was a 1999 recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship in Finland and is an experienced university lecturer.
