Julnar Rizk, Senior Consultant

Julnar brings over 8 years of coaching, consulting, instructional design, and facilitation & training experience in areas of manager/leader development, communication and team-building, process improvement, and employee engagement to Jennifer Brown Consulting.

Julnar specializes in identifying and facilitating pathways to success that align for both the individual contributor and the larger organization. She facilitates environments that empower the achievement of mastery for the single or cross-functional team, and she assists members to successfully cross lines of difference and create collaborative, inclusive environments.

Julnar is passionate about the investment in the internal customer because she believes that their success will create the highest quality service and product for the external customer. During her management tenure in the healthcare industry, Julnar gained opportunities to mentor staff in their personal and professional development as well as produce significant metric results with spear-heading change management process improvements for better inter-departmental cooperation, communication, and patient access.

Julnar holds an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, a Masters of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University, and is a certified coach from the Coaches Training Institute. She is currently pursuing additional graduate work in the field of Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University in Chicago.
