Julnar Rizk is delighted to work with JBC as a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach. Since joining JBC, Julnar has produced as well as delivered several succesful coaching programs and leadership development trainings for clients of JBC including Cisco Systems, Johnson Controls, McKesson, New York Life, and Wells Fargo. She is a subject matter expert in the areas of talent development, inclusion & diversity, and employee resource group methodology, and her clients consistently achieve personal, professional, and promotional success.
Julnar’s first career was as a performing musician (violin and voice), and she applies this experience when coaching executive presence and performance. In 1997, she shifted careers to train and work as a licensed physical therapist, and during her management tenure at Kaiser Permanente, Julnar gained opportunities to mentor staff as well as spear-head process improvements for better inter-departmental cooperation, communication, and patient access.
Now working as an executive coach and organizational consultant, Julnar leverages this diverse professional background to support executives as well as emerging leaders who thirst for mastery in their own subject matter expertise and strive for excellence in the development of their vision and goals for professional and organizational success. She facilitates achievement particularly in areas of strategic and thought leadership and the effective leading of innovative, collaborative teams. Especially within the technology industry, Julnar has successfully coached leaders to broaden their organizational acumen and influence as well as fine-tune cross-cultural, cross-functional, and facilitative management competencies in global team environments.
A certified professional coach since 2005, Julnar also holds a Certificate in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, a Masters in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University, and an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from UNC-Chapel Hill.
