Kalpana Shanmugham, Senior Consultant
Kalpana is an experienced consultant in developing people and processes as well as implementing technology to accelerate the achievement of business outcomes. She possesses specific experience in executive development and programmatic talent development initiatives in a variety of industries. She has worked extensively in the consumer products, healthcare, and retail industries as well as in the manufacturing, automotive and utility markets. She has coached senior executives to strengthen their leadership skills to accelerate the achievement of critical business targets and has conducted assessments for executive selection. With teams and organizations respectively, she has strengthened alignment and joint ownership of cross-functional business imperatives and enhanced organizational culture to drive improved performance. In addition, she has worked with organizations on cultural change through the use of assessment, identifying diversity strategies and providing training.
