Recently JBC has produced research benchmarking studies for ERGs and affinity groups in the diversity space, and this month we are completing work on a survey that focuses specifically on LGBT ERGs.

JBC is conducting its LGBT ERG survey to help Diversity and Inclusion Managers best leverage the power of their LGBT ERGs and affinity networks. We’re reaching out to LGBT employee groups to gather best practices that will help create business alignment for all ERGs, ultimately strengthening not only diversity goals, but industry-level ROI. In an effort to help leaders develop, enhance and leverage the expertise of LGBT ERGs, JBC is looking to our network of diversity leaders to share insights on the best practices of LGBT ERGs.
