Anahita Crawford has over 15 years of successfully leading strategy and teams, transforming culture, optimizing work structures, coaching and motivating leaders at all levels to be and do better. She brings knowledge and skills gained through her experiences within Operations, Purchasing, Customer Experience, Learning & Development, HR, HR Communications and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
Before joining Jennifer Brown Consulting, Anahita earned her stripes as a Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Executive by effectively leading DEI strategy and efforts in multiple Fortune 100 Companies. She has sharpened her expertise in the following DEI areas: Global and US Strategy, Assessments and KPIs, DEI Council, Education and Learning, Diversity Talent Management, Employee Resource Groups, Leadership Development, Social Responsibility efforts, marketing and communications, creating and facilitating conferences, events, focus groups, workshops, surveying and more.
She earned her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, Bachelor’s degree focused on Supply & Logistics Management and General Business Management from Portland State University, and Certified Diversity Professional credentials through the Diversity Executive Leadership Academy.
Anahita and her family migrated from Iran to the Pacific Northwest, where she remains today. Her lived experience as a refugee and immigrant allows her to bring a unique perspective to her work and approach. She believes that the first step to embarking on your DEI journey is being curious and being open to possibilities.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Growing up in the NW, she is a dedicated Blazers fan and considers herself the 12th (wo)man – something all Seahawks fans will appreciate.
