    DEBORAH MUNSTER

    Deborah has enjoyed pursuing her passion as an executive DEI practitioner for over 30 years. As former Executive Vice President of Diversity Best Practices (DBP), a division of Seramount, she grew the DEI consultancy practice from 120 blue-chip members to nearly 350. She transformed DBP into a trusted global member services organization for diversity and inclusion practitioners by bringing forwarding-thinking best practices and innovative solutions for deeper DEI and culture change. Through hands-on practitioner experience and executive consultation, she provides practical, strategic advice on how to create, implement, and grow first-in-class DEI efforts.

    Previously, Deborah was Vice President of Talent and Inclusion for the ADT Corporation, with responsibility for fostering a diverse and inclusive culture through employee engagement and for developing and driving a global Talent and Leadership Development strategy.

    Deborah’s professional experience has included more than 20 years in the financial services industry.  Prior to joining ADT, Deborah was the Director of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Merrill Lynch, where she was noted for her diversity expertise, particularly in generational diversity, women’s programming, workplace flexibility, disability and employee networks.  She managed a $3mm endowment partnership with Columbia University, launching Greater Returns, a first of its kind program dedicated to supporting women returning to the workforce.  Over the course of 17 years at JPMorganChase, Deborah led a global, organization-wide cultural change strategy engaging over 60,000 employees in one year.

    She has spoken around the globe including China, Singapore, London, Hong Kong, and Ireland and her work and accomplishments have been noted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Working Mother magazine, HR Dive, MediaPlanet USA Today, Dow Jones and Silk Purse.

    Deborah earned a B.S. in Finance at Lehigh University. She is an avid sports fan, plays in an adult volleyball league and is an active community activist, fundraiser and volunteer.  Deborah enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband, two daughters and fur baby, Malibu.
