    Ilyssa Padrid-Dykman (she/her/hers) is a Data Analyst and Client Services Manager with Jennifer Brown Consulting. In her career, Ilyssa has championed DEI community guidelines and social media strategy, along with quarterly staff surveys to measure staff morale and progress of DEI initiatives.

    As a Filipinx immigrant, Ilyssa is extremely proud of grassroots work she helps lead: from growing and expanding an award-winning Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi American (APIDA) Leadership Retreat at a university to creating Women of Color ERGs. Ilyssa aims to create brave spaces and honest conversations where we can talk about how our intersectional identities intertwine with our personal and leadership development.

    Ilyssa obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Policy with a minor in Queer Studies at the University of California, Irvine. She also holds a Master’s degree in College Student Affairs Administration from the University of Georgia, where she worked for the Multicultural Services and Programs office.

    Ilyssa enjoys reading, traveling, and playing board games with her partner, Kyle, and their dog, Darwin.
