    Julia Moreno (she/her) is a Mexican American zillennial, passionate about community building, communication, and inclusive leadership. She currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations at Jennifer Brown Consulting (JBC). Julia graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and minors in Professional Selling & Business Administration. Later, she expanded her skills through a certificate program from Harvard Business Online in Strategy Execution.

    In her early career, Julia spearheaded various roles at community or student-centered technology start-ups, including communications, marketing, and operations efforts. Julia's transition to JBC reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation. From pioneering her role as Client Service Manager in response to the overwhelming shift to digital connection following the COVID pandemic, to her development and oversight of the department, Julia served over 150 clients in a period of two years. Now stepping into her latest role as an organizational leader, Julia is managing teams and working through operational and administrative initiatives alongside the COO.  

    Julia strives to build diverse, inclusive workplaces that foster collaboration and understanding. She is known for her community-oriented approach to leadership, emphasizing empathy, mutual respect, and constructive dialogue to drive positive change.

    Julia lives in central Florida with her partner Patrick and their hound dog, Milo.  In her free time, she enjoys cooking, DIY projects, karaoke, and traveling with friends and family.
